Terms of Service

Ikovia is an AI-powered information and planning platform for Canadian immigration. It provides tools such as a CRS calculator, province matcher, PNP scanner, document tracker, NOC validator and “Ask Ikovia”, plus editorial content. Ikovia provides general information only. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use the Service.

Ikovia offers a paid subscription, Ikovia Pro, at CAD $15 per month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

Prices may change on prior notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• scrape, resell or redistribute Ikovia content or data without permission;
• reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• submit false information or impersonate another person.

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by Ikovia Immigration Technologies and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal immigration planning. You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you.

Parts of the Service and some blog content are generated with the help of AI and are drawn from official sources such as IRCC / canada.ca and provincial government sites. Immigration rules change often and AI output can contain errors. Ikovia does not guarantee that any score, timeline, eligibility result or article is complete, current or error-free. Always verify against the official source and, where it matters, consult a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or a licensed immigration lawyer before acting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikovia and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home province.
